The aim of the trust is to use fundraised and donated money to provide opportunities for the disadvantaged and those with special needs to participate in sporting and outdoor activities.
This aim is met in two separate and distinct ways:
To continue Kirstin’s involvement with the University of Birmingham and Raymond Priestly Outdoor Centre, Cumbria by providing multi-activity breaks for disadvantaged young people. This opportunity enables young people to try outdoor sports and have a break from city life.
To provide grants to individuals and groups to promote the provision of proper sports coaching, equipment and new opportunities. Applications are welcome from any individual, group or organisation within the British Isles
